At Ordinary Skincare, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above RM200, you will qualify for free delivery.

Standard Delivery (12-35 Working Days)
All products sold on this website come with average delivery times taking 12-35 working days (working days include Monday to Friday and excludes any public holidays).
All items are sourced from trusted suppliers in the United Kingdom or South Korea to our sorting centre in Malaysia. Estimated delivery times may vary during peak shopping periods such as the festive seasons, Singles Day, Black Friday, and any shopping campaigns and during public holidays as logistics delivery services and custom offices may not be operating.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the items have arrived at our sorting hub in Malaysia, and the product has been passed to a local courier.
We accept no liability for undelivered parcels where the Customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the Order from the delivery address specified.
Cancellations
In the event you would like to cancel your order, you may do so. If the status of your order is still “Processing”, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee when a refund is issued. If the status of your order has turned to “In Transit from The UK”, it has gone through our processing queue and a surcharge of 15% will be placed on your cancellation request. The surcharge will be deducted from your refund.
