We strive for our customers utmost satisfaction and carry only the best quality and authentic products. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 14 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Returns
- Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
- If you have suffered from an allergic reaction, medical evidence must be provided such as a doctor’s certificate.
- We do not issue returns for poor choice.
- Cost of returns shall be borne by you. In the event we have sent you the wrong item, we are happy to reimburse you the cost.
- Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.
- Depending on your mode of payment, refunds can take up 28 business days to complete.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation is subject to the status of your parcel.
- If your order status is still “Processing”, you may cancel your order and claim a refund. A 5% cancellation fee will assessed when a refund is issued.
- If your order status is “In Transit from the UK” or “Despatched”, please allow up to 35 working days from the date of purchase to receive your parcel. If you have still not received your parcel within this time, you may claim a refund from us.
- If your order status is “Backorder”, please allow up to 60 working days from the date of purchase to receive your parcel. If you have still not received your parcel within this time, you may claim a refund from us.
- Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.
- Depending on your mode of payment, refunds can take up to 28 business days to complete.
